Training

YWAM Nicaragua, is an extended campus of the
University of the Nations.
Students can receive university credits through this International
University. After completing a DTS you can take other courses offered
by the UofN in more than 400 YWAM locations around the world. |
The Discipleship Training School (DTS) is an intense program designed to develop Christian character and to prepare you for missions,
but it is also beneficial in preparation for all types of ministry.
(This 5-month program is a prerequisite for working with YWAM on a long-term basis
and for attending other training programs with YWAM.)
Our next program starts January 21, 2009.
YWAM Nicaragua's School of the Bible
is the first School of the Bible to be fully offered in Spanish. It is offered as a condensed Bible school, designed to make Biblical studies accessible to workers throughout Latin America.
Our next program begins January 23, 2009. (Offered only in Spanish. Prerequisite: DTS)
Our three-month course,
Bible School for the Nations is a condensed
or introductory version of the School of the Bible. This program is currently underway. Contact us for information and dates of our next bilingual program.
This 5-month evangelism training program includes an emphasis on the use of community development as a means of reaching the
world with the gospel. Topics include competing worldviews, evangelism
techniques, and practical development. Please write for information on our next SOED. (Prerequisite: DTS)
