Eva's DTS Story: A Time of Surrender: Experiencia de Eva en la EDE: Un Tiempo de Rendición
I accepted Jesus into my heart 5 years ago, but it wasn’t until 2 years ago that I decided to completely give my life to Him. Before this, I always believed that there was God in Heaven, but I never had a personal relationship with Him. For me, the DTS was a time of surrender, a honeymoon with God. I learned to have a personal relationship with God, starting my day talking with Him and to dedicate everything that I do to Him.
God showed me His love through people (leaders & students). I learned how to walk by faith in my finances and depend totally on Him. Since I was 16 years old, I struggled with thoughts of deep sadness and loneliness. In the DTS, all of these thoughts were replaced with the light and truth of Christ.
I learned to know the heart of God. A lot of hurts in my heart were healed, my character was molded conformed to His World. I began to discover and develop my gifts and talents.
The DTS changed my life, my character, and above all my mind and heart. It helped me to love myself, love others, to have a focus, purpose, and to walk in my calling. Taking the DTS was a difficult and challenging decision, but it was one of the best decisions that I have made in my life. Deciding to prepare yourself and fulfill your calling and purpose and use it to work in the Kingdom of God is totally worth it.

Acepte a Jesús en mi corazón hace 5 años, pero no fue hasta hace 2 años que decidí entregar mi vida totalmente hacia Él. Antes de eso, siempre creí en un Dios en los cielos pero realmente nunca tuve una relación personal con El. La EDE fue para mí un tiempo de rendición, una luna de miel con Dios. Aprendí a tener una relación personal con Dios, empezar mi día hablando con Él y a dedicarle todo lo que hago a Él.
Dios me mostro su amor a través de las personas (líderes y estudiantes). Aprendí a caminar por fe en mis finanzas y a depender enteramente de Él. Desde los 16 años enfrente pensamientos de tristeza profunda y de soledad y en la EDE todos esos pensamientos fueron reemplazados por la luz y la verdad de Cristo.
Aprendí a conocer el corazón de Dios. Muchas heridas sanaron en mi corazón, mi carácter fue moldeado conforme a su palabra. Empecé a descubrir y desarrollar mis dones y mis talentos.
La EDE cambio mi vida, mi carácter, pero sobre todo mi mente y corazón. Me ayudo a amarme y a amar a las personas y me ayudo a tener enfoque, propósito y a caminar en mi llamado. Tomar la EDE fue una decisión difícil y retante pero fue una de las mejores decisiones que he hecho en mi vida. Decidir prepararte para cumplir con tu llamado y propósito y utilizarlo para trabajar en el Reino de Dios vale totalmente la pena.
